#CDMIS PORT HARCOURT UPDATE#
The CDMIS Support Team will send a CDMIS update as soon as retroactive data entry is possible. In the meantime, please keep track of your CDD-801A report on your computer. Our technical staff are aware of this issue and are working on an update to allow agencies to report children and families according to the FY 2019-20 guidelines. Agencies may also experience technical difficulties when reporting families with incomes from the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 Family Fee Schedule and Income Ranking Table. The system may generate error messages for some children. Technical Difficulties with Fiscal Year 2019-20 Age and Income ValidationĪgencies may continue to experience technical difficulties when entering three-year old and four-year-old children into California State Preschool Program (CSPP) or the General Center-Based Child Care Program (CCTR) in the CDD-801A report. Continue to report attendance in the CDD-801A report until a Management Bulletin is released that provides alternate instructions. If your agency has already begun reporting enrollment, please revise the July 2019 report submission to include only those children who attended the program. If your agency has yet to transition to reporting enrollment, you may continue reporting attendance until you receive further notification from the CDMIS Office. Agencies are expected to continue reporting attendance in the CDD-801A report until further notice. The CDMIS Office will be delaying implementation to reporting enrollment pending the release of a Management Bulletin with further instructions. On Monday, July 22, 2019, an email notice was sent to Program Directors and active CDMIS users titled “Transition to Reporting Enrollment in the CDD-801A.” This email served to notify agencies that beginning with the October 2019 report period, agencies would be required to report enrollment on their CDD-801A reports, rather than attendance. #CDMIS PORT HARCOURT HOW TO#
For further information and detailed technical instructions on how to submit the SPR through CDMIS, please refer to the SPR Technical Manual (DOCX). Agencies who provide services with license-exempt individual and/or family child care home providers must submit an SPR to the ELCD in the CDMIS. The SPR is required for some ELCD-contracted agencies. The information collected from the SPR will be used by provider organizations for the purposes of collective bargaining, and by the CDE and other state and local agencies for emergency response purposes. The California Department of Education, Early Learning and Care Division (CDE, ELCD) developed the Subsidized Provider Report (SPR) to meet these requirements.
